Climbing school in La Grave

Supervised by a mountain guide or a climbing instructor, you will take your first vertical steps while "top roping". You will learn to dominate your apprehension of heights and to master some elementary rope techniques as well as progressing on the different possible methods to climb up and down. We offer a friendly approach to the activity to allow everyone to progress at their own pace in the vertical environment.
From 6 years old.
Difficulty level: beginners welcome, no minimum level is required. All equipment is provided and we will show you how to use it. Come, and let us teach you! To join the crag is a very easy walk with a small backpack.
Included: guided by a high mountain guide or a state certified instructor, Professional Civil Liability Insurance, climbing equipment (rope, helmet, harness...)
To bring: Personal Insurance, clothing suitable for the activity, water bottle, snacks and trail, a backpack (approx. 35l), sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen, climbing shoes, a way to go to the place of the activity.
Where to meet: gathering at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. directly on site or at the Bureau des Guides de la Grave.
A minimum of 4 people is required. If this minimum is not reached, we will inform you by text message, the day before the activity.
