How to cancel or change your order

If something unexpected comes up and you need to cancel or change your holiday, what do you do?

If your order has already been paid for, you cannot cancel or change it online via oisans-reservation.

But there's no need to panic! All you have to do is contact the service provider directly, by email or telephone, to ask about the terms of cancellation or amendment.
