How does the secured payment service work?
Our Tourist Office connects you with various service providers and partners in the area. They therefore receive your payment directly. Orders are placed via the selected service provider's purchasing tunnel.
Each service provider has its own payment method: One shot Pay, Paypal Stripe, Payfip and solutions from Ctoutvert, Reservit, Unicamp and D-Edge. All these specialist platforms are recognised for their high level of security and are used by thousands of merchants.
But how des it work in practice? It's simple: when you check out, our website automatically sends you to the seller's secure payment solution. All you have to do then is follow the instructions provided. Once you've finished, your booking is confirmed.
How secured payment works in cases of multiple purchases
What happens if you want to book accommodation and an activity, but the products come from two different professionals? There are two possibilities:
A single payment
If the service providers use the same secure payment platform, then all your bookings will be paid for in one transaction.
Multiple payments
If the service providers use different payment platforms, our site will automatically redirect you to each of them. You will therefore have to pay in several transactions.
If you do not pay in full, only the bookings that have been paid for will be confirmed.
