How do I make a booking?

On our website booking.oisans.com, select the accommodation and activities you wish to book and add them to your basket! It's easy! Just follow the steps below.

Step 1

Find what you're looking for under our headings: accommodation, activities or gift vouchers. Then, in the "Booking" section, fill in the required fields: date, duration, number of people, booking time, etc. Once you've filled in the details, you can:

  • Either click on “Carry on shopping” if you wish to make another booking,
  • Or click on “Order now” and you will continue to Step 2.

Step 2

Once you are sure of your basket, click on "Confirm and continue " to finalise your order.

A new page will open and you will be asked to enter your name and contact details. These will be used for the sales contract and to send you documents relating to the order. Check your personal details, then click on "Confirm my details".

A summary page will allow you to check your personal details and the contents of your order. You can still delete a service at this point, by clicking on "Change my basket".

Step 3

If everything is in order, click on "Proceed to secure payment". Our site will then redirect you to our service provider's payment platform.

You will then need to accept our General Terms and Conditions of Use and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale specific to each product, then follow the instructions. 

The order will be confirmed if the payment is accepted and if the service provider confirms it by sending an "order confirmation" e-mail to the contact details you have previously provided.

If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, we advise you to contact the seller directly.

How can I know where exactly my accommodation is located in Oisans?

When searching, use the filter to select the location of your accommodation or activity by valley, using the Oisans sector map. All the villages in the sector will be shown in detail. Then simply refer to the map to view the accommodation or activity and be sure not to make a mistake.

What do I do if I’ve finalised the order and paid for my booking, but I haven’t received an order confirmation e-mail?

First of all, check that the confirmation email from the service provider/host has not wound up in your "spam" folder. If this is not the case, send an email directly to the service provider giving as much information as possible about your booking (date, time, product, amount, etc.). They will then be able to check whether your order has been registered.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact the provider with whom you made your booking. You will find their contact details in the order confirmation e-mail. Please note that each service provider applies their own terms and conditions of sale, so it is essential that you read them carefully before confirming your order.
